WI.RUN is in private beta. The iPhone app is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Runners invited by a race host can join supported guest races through the browser.
Contact support@komarsh.com. Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a brief description of the issue. Please omit passwords, precise routes, and health records. We do not advertise a guaranteed response time.
Common questions
My GPS is not recording
Start a run outdoors with a clear view of the sky. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → WI.RUN. Grant location access and enable precise location if you want accurate distance. A live indicator requires a fresh usable fix. Pausing stops updates.
What happens after an interruption?
WI.RUN attempts to restore its latest recovery checkpoint in a paused state. Resume explicitly when ready. Recent samples may be missing if recording stopped before a successful checkpoint. A recovered run does not automatically resume location collection.
How do I delete a run or its route?
Open You → Run history → the run → Delete this run. For all saved runs, open You → Privacy center → Delete all saved runs. The separate discard control removes the current or interrupted recording. Changing route retention affects future saves, not older runs.
Can I connect Apple Watch, Garmin, or WHOOP?
Those integrations are on the roadmap. They are not connected in this version. We will request specific permissions only when the corresponding feature is ready.
Where are live races?
Scheduled races are available in the private beta. A host can enable guest entry and share a QR code or invitation link. Browser guests keep the race page visible while running. Voice is optional: tap Join voice and allow microphone access when prompted. Guest results remain provisional.
How do I delete my account?
The Supabase account screen has its own deletion control, separate from local history. Its server functions are deployed, but actual signed-in hosted deletion still needs end-to-end verification; a failed or unavailable deletion is not complete. The configured local beta has a separate account deletion control. Deleting either account does not automatically erase saved runs on your iPhone. Use local history controls separately, or contact support if account deletion fails.
Why can’t I receive a confirmation or recovery code?
Signup uses the default email confirmation link, followed by returning to WI.RUN and signing in manually. Confirmation is required. General email delivery for the development connection is not configured yet, and code-entry/recovery controls remain disabled. Do not repeatedly request emails or send your password to support. Account confirmation and recovery must be tested before general invitations open.
Report a security concern
Email support@komarsh.com with the subject “WI.RUN security.” Describe the issue without including someone else's private data or accessing systems without permission. This contact is not permission to test third-party services or disrupt users.
